Stop using a damaged tool and contact us when the condition may relate to an original product problem. This does not limit rights concerning defective goods.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, or events outside our reasonable control. No term excludes a responsibility or consumer remedy that applicable law makes non-excludable.
